5/18c-1702. Responsibility for Enforcement
§ 18c-1702. Responsibility for Enforcement. It shall be the duty of the Commission and of the State Police and the Secretary of State to conduct investigations, make arrests, and take any other action necessary for the enforcement of this Chapter.
